Section 1. Digital Products, Online Courses & Knowledge-Based Products

Important Notice – Non-Refundable Digital Products

Online products are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital and knowledge-based products, all sales are final once access has been granted.

This policy applies to all:

Online courses
Digital downloads
Educational materials
Study resources
Access to online learning platforms
Any other knowledge-based products provided digitally

Once you have:

Received the course materials
Downloaded digital content
Accessed the learning platform

You are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

By purchasing any digital product or online course from us, you agree and acknowledge that:

Digital products cannot be returned
Digital access cannot be revoked once granted
Refunds will not be issued after materials or access have been provided

In-Store Course Policy

Courses held in our shop and taught by Paulina Mucha are also non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific course contract.

By booking a course, you enter into a binding agreement according to the terms outlined in the course contract.

Any exceptions will be reviewed case-by-case according to the course contract terms.


Section 2. Physical Products Return Policy

General Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible physical products.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it
The item must be unworn or unused
All tags must still be attached
The item must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase or receipt

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

We are not responsible for returns lost during shipment.


Important Notes

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you are located outside the United Kingdom, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrect

Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Please note:

Sale items cannot be returned
Gift cards cannot be returned


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.

Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
